At Carat Diamonds, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn jewelry in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Your Shipment
Place the jewelry in its original display box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, including all laboratory grading reports and certificates.
Attach the Prepaid Label
Print the complimentary insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other labels are visible.
Verification & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
